* Pending confirmation of date J for pool party.  If you have other ideas for fun social events to tie in with runs or workouts, please let your Captain know – Blazing Balls (Yoda- Tim) and BRRave Soles (Smiley – Christelle).

 Speed, Stadium Series and BRReminar workouts – we will meet 6:15 p.m. at Kenan Fieldhouse in front of the Charlie Justice (Choo Choo) statue and workouts will begin at 6:30 p.m.  You may park in the Bell Tower Deck (next to Fieldhouse) it’s open after 5:30 p.m.  Please bring a towel or yoga mat for floor (grass) work and of course water – hydrate, hydrate.

Locations for Soup Bowl, Hill workouts, weekly runs and long runs will be posted on Blazing Soles website.
